North west MN | Like a few others have said verbal contract means more to me than paper. When I first started farming rented from a older wiser and very well off fellow. I asked him if he wanted a contract he said he had more people back out of written contracts and said it works this way. You say you want to farm my land you pay the rent you farm the land. Now in your case I don't know why they wouldn't just stop sending you the advice and send you a refund. I guess if I was in that business that is what I would do verbal or with a contract. Easy for them to stop sending the recommendations and I always was told the customer is always right even if wrong. But I would be in that position I would pay it just like when I delivered 8 dollar beans when they where over 9 last fall | |
