In Mississippi verbal agreements are legal but not enforceable.My word is my bond.Just like my Dad,Grandad and Great Grandad.I have had remorse but I do not renig.Pony up and move on.A reputation for not standing behind your word will cost you a heck of a lot more than his paltry fee.That is just my unsolicited honest opinion.
