North West IA/western AZ | What planter do you have the thumper pump on? I called Demco to find out where to mount mine, they referred me to some shop in southern Minn. who told me that they always drive them off the planters seed drive. I couldn't believe it. I figured it out by myself, had to reverse the wheel and drive, but it worked well.
You say that you rinse after corn planting, does that mean that you drain the tank back to storage and then rinse, spreading the rinsate on the beans?
When you blow the lines out it sounds like you hook in under the saddle tanks, is that right? Do you close valves to keep the air from entering the tanks? I can't get pressure to go thru the (stopped) pump.
This is my 1st year with fertilizer on the planter and I'm real frustrated over the clean up.
