1) Liquid starter is easier to meter accurately compared to dry 2) None, unless you use a decent quality of product and put it closer (in the seed trench) to the seed. 3) Depends 4) Depends on the quality of product you use. Some will not corrode the frame, some will absolutely nail it with rust.
