Kansas | I've been saying for years they should do away with the White name and call the planter AGCO and paint it orange, but the planter is so well recognized as is it might be foolish to change it. Used to be when they were offering White, Allis, and MF tractors the difference was in the motor (White used Cummins, Allis used Detroit, MF used Valtra or Perkins I think) but now I don't think there is a difference unless the Cat's use a Cat motor. I think it's ok for some of the hay stuff to say Hesston/MF, after all Case hay stuff was never labled as really being Hesston, or MF hay being Vermeer, and I even seen Ford used to get hay stuff from Gehl. I really don't know why you can't get the 4wd Challenger tractor orange or red. | |
