Save it or pay down debt.
Some may get invested, but I bet not as much as does when they are tring to save taxes.
Bottom line is all dollars someone has either get sent in for taxes or used for something else. Lower taxes means more dollars to spend, higher taxes means less. Lower taxes encourage investment because the dollars will always go somewhere.
