From a personal standpoint, the higher the tax bracket I'm in, the more likely I am to reinvest in the business rather than take cash out or pay down debt. A 100k investment at a 20% tax rate costs me 80k. A 100k investment at a 50% tax rate costs me 50k.
Edit. I still support lower tax rates, but just not sure they encourage investment.
