| I have done a lot of oil analysis over the years, both engine and hyd/trans. I have concluded it's a waste to change oil every year with low hours. I have sampled engine oil that was 3 years old that was still well within specs with no moisture. Hy/trans oil I also go by the hours and sample if I'm not sure if it needs changed. My equipment is stored inside. Different people will have different opinions but this has worked for me for many years with no issues. | |
