Mildy ill cases resolve themselves anyway. Like a common cold coronavirus does.
They specifically omitted the cases that had more severe illness.
If a person is certain their illness will not progress to something severe, there may not be much use in taking ivermectin.
If only we knew ahead of time how sick we were going to get. Then we would know whether or not to take it, because most of the research shows positive results in more severe cases.
