Pittsburg, Kansas | At first glance it looks like there was a slight improvement (by a couple days) but not statistically significant.
Of note it is a fairly young profile (37 years) and they only chose mild cases.
My comment would be that mild cases probably resolve themselves easily anyway, as has been shown by many people having mild symptoms or asymptomatic and getting over it without any medication.
They specifically excluded very sick patients.
