Thanks for all of the responses I appreciate them. I do have another question it says something about the aluminum handle ones should be hand washed but the black handled ones can go into a dishwasher is this true? Everything goes into the dishwasher here so if aluminum have to be hand washed those won’t work. I like the looks of aluminum handles better.
I think the main reason for hand washing the aluminum handles is to prevent discoloration. These are regularly put in the dishwasher. Notice how the handles are not bright and shiny like the blades anymore.
