My wife really likes their smaller pairing/utility knives with metal handles. We don't have a full set, but probably have 5-6 knives, some duplicates. We also have a RADA 6" santuko knife that I mainly use for chopping vegetables. If I do a lot of chopping with it at once, it starts to rub my index finger raw from the way I grip it. Is a good knife too tho.
