In addition to what j doc indicated, having good and services offered to raffle. Businesses donate goods (appliances, cars, boats, food, restrants ect) and the service industry donates their services - (plumbers, lawnservice, snowplowing, landscaping, trees, electric - well you get the idea). Then it becomes more then a raffle - more like a auction of goods and services . . . . good luck.
