We make our own, go buy a 50' air hose, put a gladhand on one end, your favorite style quick coupler on the other. Run a blow gun to clean air filters, air chuck for low tires, even air impact before the battery days.
Hook your new air hose to the red line off the semi and push the red button on the dash.
