SC Iowa
The cylinder is an ordinary IH 3 1/2" x8" stop cylinder. You need the stop cyl so you can set down pressure or use stops on a regular 3" cylinder will work fine. Those bushings sometimes work out, do whatever to keep it in. The only difference in a soybean special is the 1/2 speed drive sprocket. I have used one to notill alfalfa by putting it in the big box, worked good and put it down about 1/2". Just make sure you are using the correct chart, if you are using the regular chart with the slow (1/2) speed sprockets you must double the setting.
