I've got 200 acres of 3 inch tile installed 6 years ago. They replaced 1 lateral maybe 200 feet a year later that had some installation issue. The rest seems to be good so far. If your tile guy has top of the line equipment and has done a bunch of 3" I'd say go for it. If not, stick to 4" to be safe. They love the 3" because of how many feet they can do on a roll. | |
