Southern Indiana
Sounds like you have some well fed critters.
To compare I have 22 pairs (mostly Aug and Sept calves) and 7 dry cows brought over from the spring herd and the bull. They get 1 4x5 1/2 bale of grass baleage ( early cut, not mid June or July harvested junk) and about 4# of 14% ground feed daily. Calves get about 2# of the same 14% feed. Same program since I've had this farm and they come through in good condition, rebred, and weaning 550 to 600# calves.
8 weeks puts us at May 1, and if we don't have grass by then we are all in trouble. If you're still worried sell some of that corn, which you are feeding way to much of, and buy some good hay.
Just my opinion.
