IL | I've been to a few billed as retirements but noticed the bank president way off to the side. I know for a fact that that some folks got behind on operating note and a land payment so were forced to give up collateral till payments were made so they decided to cash out and retire. Had enough equity to keep going but didn't have the energy. Most in that boat sold the equipment and kept the ground that was paid off. | |
