What makes you think they are bank forced?

Now is the time to be selling. Steel and toys are hot.

I think some will be surprised at the wealth that is out there.

Pretty easy to accumulate over a $1M of debt free machinery and a shed full of toys. Wife and I did it before we hit 40. I’d say someone at 65 or 70 it would be not problem.
