That was very interesting.

I was aware of free fatty acids and that the muscles and other tissues could use them as a source of energy but that is the first time I had heard the term non-esterified or that such a high amount was utilized as energy. I also knew apple cider vinegar is a short chain fatty acid and the gut lining uses such fatty acids for energy.

Dave Feldman talks a lot about LDL lipoproteins carrying and dropping off lipids for energy and how LDL is essential for life.

But quite a bit of new information there. Thanks for the link. I have watched quite a few of his presentations (carb addiction doc) but am not a regular viewer like some of the other doctors I follow.
