If you're the type that wants the last check you write to bounce, sure go ahead.
Is this a last ditch effort to use equity then? What if you have plenty of money? And a little more would be real nice.
Can this be used as a strategy to go out of this world with one less asset?
I know people that have them, just cant figure out why or why not to use one.
