| In reply to NDCat above,If that were the scenario, skip all the fees applicable to reverse mortgages and sell the house and purchase a life only annuity as I explained above, will provide significantly higher monthly cash flow, and virtually inexhaustible. Cannot outlive the income. Mostly tax free too due to the favorable exclusion ratios. Turn around and use the favorable income to rent a nice place in Florida. When your gone, they’ll both be over too.
