We got a TR7 in the summer of 2019 after I got tired of having stinky clothes from our problematic front load Maytag.  Family of 4.  Lots of workout clothes year round plus stinky dirty farming clothes.  It probably sees 10 8-10 load a week.  We love it.  Faster than our front load and the clothes come out clean and fresh.  We got our from Nebraska Furniture Mart and were told to use the "Permanent Press" function as it doesn't use the efficiency water saving protocols.
