Bremen, KS | I used to think that mailing a check a week early to the other side of the county (less than 30 miles) to pay the electric bill was adequate, until it wasn't. This was several years ago and that experience prompted me into doing a lot of online bill pay. When USPS cries about losing business to online payments and billing, they only need to look in a mirror.
Of course there is no way to know, but it seems as though they never lose the junk mail.
