Texas Panhandle | As others said, must be a "here" thing. Fedup is awful. Can't find us (been here for 13 years), delivers to the wrong address and calls it "delivered".
UPS just last Fri said "out for delivery". On live map showed that he drove right around us for hours but never delivered. Repeated that except they took away the live map for the next two days. Finally delivered 4 days late after guarantee.
We have a good mail lady and USPS has been good. Having said that they are messed up right now....
Hopefully it's temporary.
