Not sure what flex rent, but know we're getting screwed on CRP payments in my area because there's almost no cash rent. So the CRP payments are based off of cash rent figures that might be 1 percent or less of total acres in the county.
So who knows, could maybe help with something like that?
The irrigated ground that I’d be answering about is a completely different world from the dryland ground that might be in CRP, despite being in the same county.
