Under the ACA (Obamacare, Democratcare, Stupiditycare, whatever you want to call it) health insurance is a debacle and a disaster. Premiums have gone nowhere but UP, access to insurance has gone nowhere but DOWN, and frustration with the whole system is through the roof for both doctors and patients. The Democrats own this 100% and nobody in politics has the "gumption" (kindest word I could think of) to do anything about it.

I also blame the medical section for a lot of this. Their lobbyists could have kept it from happening if they had gotten off their dead hind ends and realized what a disaster was coming.
