my expierence thru the years is that a norac will not work in taller corn, it will always be trying to decide between top of corn leaves and the ground. you will be driving slow enough to control it manually


I believe the UC4+ that came with my used 4720 had a choice for deciding whether the height should be based on the ground or the top of the crop. I believe one was called "Soil Mode" and the other "Crop Mode: I forget how that all went. Maybe that was part of the change of going from a UC4 to a UC4+

I did a search on comparing the UC4 and the UC4+ but didn't find the information I was looking for. I did do search on the UC7. I may contact Norac with a few questions. I believe others have stated that they are very cooperative.
