| I agree, when i first read about it back in October I figured he felt he needed the hospital bed space for treatment of life threatening cases and these people were in recovery so they could be moved as post infection they were not a threat.
but if that were the case then he simply was wrong, and not malicious so admit it and deal with the fallout.
seems like there might be a trail that has yet not been discovered, if there is it will be found in time IMHO
