There are probably regulations that prevent the use of this food if the temperature is a few degrees above what it is supposed to be even though it would be good. My son works at a Walmart and he said that if they find anything that is frozen or cold that someone has taken out of the cooler or freezer and set on a shelf, it gets thrown out even if it is still frozen or cold.
