They don’t have generators here either.
Several towns around here got torn up pretty bad from heavy thunderstorms in the feeder bands of the last hurricane. All refrigerated food was kept inside until an extral dumpster was brought in to put it in. No sales, no give-always and no dumpster diving allowed.
