Next to a development? Or commercial?
I sold .013 acres for $500. Comes out to $38461 an acre, wish they wanted the whole farm....
1.5 acres with house that laid next to ground that own. Figured on getting it bought for $30,000 before the auction, ending up costing $64,000, plus cost to get rid of house and trees. Had been causing me problems. Figured best way to eliminate the current and any future problems was to own it.
