NEWI | That almost sounds like hardware. If its just one at a time that would be my guess if they arent showing other symptoms.
We have had only 2-3 over the years.... sometimes a magnet will help if you give it right away. Depends what they ate too..... a wire or something similar could have punctured the stomach and other things depending on how they were laying.
