Pilot Grove, Missouri | These newer bows are every bit as adjustable and usable as they are advertised. I would have no problem shooting the bow my nephew is using. It would hust have to have the draw length and weight adjusted for me to use it. In fact, it is probably a better bow than the one I use. 26" draw length and 40# is probably a bit much for all but the bigger 10 year olds. I do understand your point, but if you were buying a deer rifle for a youngster, you would expect them to use it for several years, wouldn't you. I don't think there is really much difference.
