| Thank you all for the input on this, I am located in SO IL (Marion). The previous owner is still alive, and I do know for a fact that the totes are labeled correctly for what is in them. I have about 125 gal. of Abundit Edge, 90 gal. of Halex GT, and 70 gal. of Lexar. The previous owner did have a contract with a neighboring farmer to lease my new land to them, so I will try running it by him to see if he would use any, or if he knew anyone that would be able to use any.
I want to say that they were delivered within the past year or so, and they were stored in their shed prior to me purchasing the property. I have since moved them outside a few weeks ago to make space for my own things.
The legality of trying to sell without a license and not knowing if I needed one also was a question. Obviously if I sell it to a neighbor that wouldn’t be a big deal but I figured I couldn’t just make a post on Marketplace or Craigslist trying to unload them on someone. | |
