Here's what I would do....
Call a local chemical wholesaler. If you need help finding one, post your location. Then, figure out gallons in them based on percentage in the totes. Sell at half the going rate for each especially if you don't know how long they have been sitting in there. If they've been kept out of the sunlight, they could still be useful, but there is no guarantee.
