Not knowing,I would be afraid to say.May be a bargain or a nightmare.I would call county to ask what disposal options are available.Most counties in the civilized world (not sure about MidWest)run a program on Earth Day to dispose of products such as that.I would not even consider the liability of selling it to anyone.Good Luck.
