Good to hear. Put a bad taste in my mouth after reading his posts slamming those who took ppp, just to hear a few months later that he and his son were signing up for something like 5 of them “to help the local bank”. In general his fiscal policies align with mine, farming-wise.
If you want to get rid of bad taste in your mouth , giving the amount of $ you received to somebody else that could use it will be a palate cleansing experience.
Yup getting signed up and will be giving away the same amount of $ that I get fro.. So won't be using surplus PPP$ for my benefit. There are plenty who weren't eligible to get the types of benefits that farmers have got in last two years andthat could use some extra help.
My stance has not changed on PPP deal, but Gov changed the rules and opened the flood gates.
Still believe PPP deal is being misused for what original purpose was and nobody that continued to be fully employed or who was not shutting down and reducing employees should have got a dime. |
