| Reading thru the contract there is a list of multiple things but one stands out and I will obviously contact my lawyer Monday morning but:
#4 That this Lease shall be binding upon both parties, their heirs and assigns.
To me this means I get to fulfill the term of the lease assuming I meet all 10 of the requirements that are listed, anyone with legal knowledge agree or disagree, daughter claims since land was in a life estate at the time the lease was signed that it is automatically terminated upon death?? | |
