| I use a tripod base and rover on my land scraper now (for vertical cutting edge automation). If I would mount the base on a 40 ft tower how many miles could the rover be away and still receive the signal from the base? Best guesses? Flat land here but bluffs of trees all over the place. I think the radio's on GPS are 900mHZ. I just would like a little more convenience by not having to move and set up tripod base all the time. Maybe I could use RTK for row crop planting but that is another question all together. Thanks, | |
