I have a Deere setup with 450 radio's on top of a 80' leg that is on one of the higher spots around, have no trouble getting/maintaining signal 15-20 miles away, is it sub-inch accuracy at this point probably not but is still better that SF2 /SF3 typically is, everything I farm is within 3.5 miles (as the crow flies of my RTK tower) thus the reason I setup my own tower.
