hope you mean baptism by the holy Spirit, once you have the HS, He changes you through the power of the scriptures, Tts3:5. There is no power in water baptism today, we are in the age of the dispensation of grace, Ep3:2. All power to change us comes from the scriptures of the finished work of the cross, 1Cr1:18. If you don't have the HS in you, and if you don't read your Bible, there won't be any change, in your soul and spirit.
