I think that I used to identify with Simon; as good or better than most, just had to gloss over any mistakes and I was good to go.
Then later, I started feeling sorry for the Woman, who had needed forgiveness, approving of her thankfulness, and disappointed that Simon was messed up.
I have realized that I have plenty of my own mistakes, I'm not actually better than either of them,
So I guess that as I move forward with life I am getting more thankful for the forgiveness and love that I have experienced.
