Assuming rent in your area is $200/acre and 800 acres times 5 that 20 million over 25 yrs. I’d be headed to an attorney. Get some good advice, maybe put that 800 acres in some sort of different entity, maybe hold you harmless in 25 years and look for some other land to buy.
