edgerton ks. | I would sure give it a lot of thought. If they are serious about their plans they should front you 5 to 7 hundred bucks for you to visit with your attorney. Show him their proposal and have him answer your questions. Should have an inflation multiplier in the offer also. Most are around 2 or 2.5 % annual adjustment every year for the life of contract. Make changes to the contract if something doesn’t set right with you. They have plenty of room to negotiate changes to make you happy if it still meets their goal.
