I find it interesting that the announcement makes it sound like S+F is the same thing as Big R. It clearly wasn’t from a customer point of view. I also find it amusing that it says to go see your favorite employee. At my nearest location the Big R employees were gone within a month or two of the change and their replacements were nowhere near the same caliber. I’m hopeful something good will come out of this.
