coast of Maine | Put copious butter to them and eat just a bowl not a bucket and its not a huge source of carbs.I do some but whats got me is the holiday baking,drinks etc. that was loaded with carbs,,back at being correctly eating again though.Made a unusually red dinner last night,,Jamaican style stewed chicken,homemade apple sauce,tomato soup,not any added sugar but alittle carbs in apples,onions ,tomatoes in chicken but way healthy.
