Keto low? Definitely not.
100 grams carbs low? Probably in small or modest amounts depending on the rest of the carbs eaten.
120 grams carbs? Probably no problem as long as it is not a big movie theatre tub.
Get above about 120 grams I no longer consider it low carb. A SAD is purported to be around 300 grams and if a person drinks a lot of soda pop or leans heavily on deserts could easily go to 500 grams.
So I would call popcorn not the best option and especially at night before you go to bed, but if it lets you cut out a bunch of other carbs and stay on the diet, it is way better than doing nothing.
The problem with eating it late before going to bed is it gives you a glucose spike at the wrong time. And going to make you hungry for breakfast when the glucose hypoglycemic rebound happens a few hours later.
