West Central IL | If you can make it work, always buy land, if you can't find land then I'd see if you could start buying out some acres from your dad. He's probabably not willing to do that yet though if he's still got a good 15 years. If you could buy today you'd have 15 years of payments behind you increasing your net worth. You'll be in a better position to take over the partial debt on dads land when you need to. | |
