Southeast Colorado | You are not responsible for your father's debt. No one could force that on you. Now if it's beneficial..........like you're inheriting $10k/ac land with a debt of $5k against it........then heck yah. But if the situation is of no benefit to you.........no need to sweat it.
And especially where you are looking 15 years down the road...........and still think there will be a debt against it then..........you had best be getting on with your own life today. | |
